1. Description of Service

Renprofile provides software that enables businesses to manage customer communications across multiple messaging channels from a unified inbox. The Service allows users to connect messaging platforms, send and receive messages, collaborate internally, assign conversations, and use automation features to improve communication efficiency.

Ren provides infrastructure and software tools only and does not act as a party to communications between businesses and their customers.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use the Service. If you use Renprofile on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Messaging Platform Integrations

By connecting external messaging services, you authorize Ren to access, process, transmit, and store messaging data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Ren acts only as a technology provider and processes messaging data according to your instructions. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and platform policies, including obtaining any necessary user consent before communicating with customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities. This includes sending unsolicited or illegal communications, interfering with the Service, attempting unauthorized access, or violating the rights of others.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data and content processed through the Service. You grant Ren a limited license to process this data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. Ren does not sell customer data or messaging content.

7. Fees and Billing

Access to Renprofile may require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable charges and authorize our payment providers to process payments. Fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Renprofile, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is the property of Ren Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended business purposes.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ren Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ren within the preceding twelve months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lagos State, Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Lagos, Nigeria, subject to applicable law.
