1. Eligibility

To use Renprofile, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• If you are using Renprofile on behalf of a business or organization, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Account and Security

When you create an account with Renprofile:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

3. Use of Services

Permitted Use

You may use Renprofile to:

• Create and customize personalized review webpages for your business or personal brand.
• Collect reviews and feedback from customers via our automated chat bot.
• Share and embed review content on your website or social media platforms.
• Access analytics and insights about your reviews and customer feedback.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Renprofile to:

• Engage in any illegal activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment of any kind.
• Create, solicit, or post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our services without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through Renprofile, including reviews, text, images, and other materials ("User Content").

By using our services, you grant Ren Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting our services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Review Collection and AI-Generated Messages

• User-Generated Content: Reviews collected through Renprofile are user-generated and do not represent the views or opinions of Ren Limited. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any review content.
• LLM-Generated Messages: Our service uses large language models (LLMs) to generate automated messages for review collection. You are responsible for ensuring that these messages comply with all applicable anti-spam laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR.
• Review Moderation: You may flag reviews that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or violate our policies. We will investigate flagged content but are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of user-submitted reviews.
• Consent: You must obtain proper consent from individuals before collecting their reviews or personal information through our platform.

6. Pro Features and Payments

• Subscription: Pro access is available for $15 per month and unlocks advanced features including custom branding, analytics, and priority support.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of paid features.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

Renprofile, including its software, features, design, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Ren Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for their intended purpose. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on our services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ren Limited's total liability for any claims arising from your use of Renprofile shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party links, or any damages resulting from your reliance on information obtained through our services.

9. Termination

Your Right to Terminate: You may stop using Renprofile services at any time by closing your account through your account settings.

Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Renprofile at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our policies
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos State, Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Renprofile:

1. The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith mediation in Lagos, Nigeria.
2. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
3. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria, for any actions not subject to arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice through our services or via email.

Your continued use of Renprofile after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services and close your account.
