If you subscribe to paid services, billing and payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers.

When you connect external messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email, SMS, web chat, or other supported integrations, we process business account identifiers, customer identifiers such as phone numbers or usernames, message content, timestamps, and related metadata. This information is processed solely to provide messaging functionality, display conversations, enable collaboration between authorized team members, and operate automation features that you configure.

We also collect information that you create within the Service, including contacts, conversations, internal notes, assignments, automation rules, and configuration settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and maintain the Service, including enabling businesses to send, receive, organize, and respond to customer communications through connected messaging platforms. Information is also used to enable shared inbox functionality, assign conversations to team members, operate automation features, provide analytics, deliver customer support, process payments, and improve the reliability and performance of the platform.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use message content or customer data for advertising purposes. We process messaging data only as necessary to provide the Service and according to customer instructions.

3. Messaging Platform Data and Integrations

If you connect third-party messaging platforms, Ren processes messaging data on your behalf and strictly in accordance with your configuration and applicable platform policies. This may include accessing and displaying message content, sending messages on your behalf, storing conversation history, and enabling automation and internal collaboration features. Ren acts as a service provider and does not independently initiate communication with end users outside of actions configured or authorized by you.

We share information only when necessary to operate the Service or comply with legal obligations. We rely on trusted infrastructure, hosting, payment processing, analytics, and communication service providers who process data solely for the purpose of delivering services on our behalf and under strict confidentiality obligations.
