How do I install Beacon?

Copy the JS snippet from your Renprofile dashboard and paste it before the closing </body> tag on your site. For React, Angular, or Vue, install the corresponding package from npm and follow the setup guide in docs.

Does Beacon work on mobile apps?

Web support is live now. Android and iOS SDKs are currently in development and will be available on Growth and Scale plans.

Can I customise how Beacon looks?

Yes. Colour, position, launcher icon, and welcome message are all configurable from your dashboard without touching code.

Does Rian always reply first?

By default yes. You can configure Rian's behaviour — including which topics it handles and when it escalates — from the AI agent settings in your dashboard.

What happens when Rian can't answer?

Rian escalates the conversation to your team inbox with a full transcript and context. Your agent picks up without asking the customer to repeat themselves.

Is Beacon included on all plans?
