We Are Changing Our Name to Palgry

Renprofile is changing its name to Palgry

Renprofile made sense once.

When we launched in October 2025, the product was built around reputation. Reviews. How businesses appeared to customers online. The name reflected that. Ren, the company. Profile, the thing we were helping businesses manage.

Then we pivoted.

January 2026, we made the decision to stop building a reputation tool and start building a helpdesk. The product changed completely. Shared inbox, live chat, AI agent, help centre. Everything that Renprofile is today has nothing to do with what the name was built to describe.

We kept the name anyway. For a while that felt fine. Brands outlive their origins all the time. But the longer we ran with it, the more it felt like carrying a sign for a business we no longer operate.

Renprofile points backward. The product has moved forward.

The Name We Are Moving To

Starting today, we are Palgry.

Same product. Same team. Same mission. A helpdesk built for SaaS teams that want to handle customer support without the weight of enterprise tooling or the penalty of per-seat pricing.

Rian is still Rian. The shared inbox is the same. Pricing has not changed. Starter at $15 per month, Growth at $45. Nothing about what we are building has changed. Just the name on the door.

What This Means for You

If you are already using the product, nothing changes on your end right now. Access, settings, and conversations carry over. We will communicate any action required directly as the migration rolls out.

New domain and updated handles are coming shortly. We will share those as each one goes live.

Why Now

Renaming a product is not a small decision. We did not do it because something went wrong. We did it because keeping a name tied to a product we pivoted away from was going to hold us back.

Every piece of content, every cold email, every conversation with a potential customer starts with the name. That name now reflects what we are building, not what we started with.

Palgry. That is us now.

We are just getting started.
